A Place Created with Heart

Foothill is a vision born from the passion of Mr. Samaresh Biswas, owner of Multitech Boilers, along with his better half Mrs. Bandana Biswas and son Mr. Sidhartha Biswas. Together, they dreamed of creating a place that feels less like a commercial property and more like a peaceful retreat where people can truly slow down and feel at ease.

Foothill was created with a simple belief — everyone deserves a little time away from the noise of everyday life. Here, guests can reconnect with nature, breathe a little deeper fresh air, cherish meaningful moments with loved ones, enjoy their own company, and rediscover the simple joy of being at peace.

Foothill is about warmth, simplicity, leisure, and a sense of belonging — a place where you can pause, unwind, and simply be yourself.
